Low E Glass) and Heat Mirror Film between the two panes, with
100% Krypton Gas filled air spaces.
What

0.88 is the typical R factor of common single pane windows. A
storm window also has an R factor of 0.08.
What
is the R factor of double pane thermal windows?
1.76 is the typical R factor of common double pane windows.
What

2.6 is the typical R factor of common triple pane windows.
What
is the R factor of low-e argon windows?

windows.
How
is argon gas used in windows?
Since argon is denser than air it helps to keep heat and cold
from going through your windows. The problem occurs is that window
manufacturers are obligated to fill windows with only 1/3 argon
gas, and since it is heavier than air, it sinks to the bottom
of the chamber. The top 2/3's are simply double pane windows,
but you are paying for argon gas.
What
do windows cost?
Windows are typically an investment that folks make as a result
of a fact finding mission within which their specific needs are
discussed. Our windows range from $69 - well over $1,000, and
most folks find something within that range that is comfortable
for them and suits their individual needs. We do not quote prices
online or over the phone, and we caution consumers to be wary
of any company that does. Many factors influence window price
such as style, frame and glass packages. The uniqueness of a individual's
particular installation can also affect the price. So until we're
sure of what a potential customer wants, we believe it is unfair
to quote a speculative price per window.

Gutters
How
does the Gutter-Shield system work?
Gutter-Shield uses the scientific principal of liquid adhesion.
When you take a glass of water, turn it on its side and run water
along the circumference of the surface; the water will adhere
to the outside of the glass. Gutter-Shield works the same way.
Water running off the roofline adheres, flowing into the gutters
and away from your home.
How
easily is Gutter-Shield repaired if a tree falls onto my roof,
damaging my gutters?
The Gutter-Shield system is manufactured in 5 foot sections, so
you can replace only those pieces that are damaged.
What if my roof is not a conventional asphalt shingle?
Gutter-Shield is easily customized to fit any home. Technicians
will advise you on the best installation procedure for your home.
